Project Overview
Relm Finance, a leading real estate lending institution in Ireland, required a high-performance digital platform to represent their €1.45B+ lending legacy. The goal was to present complex financial services with clarity, trust, and ease of navigation. Flow2Web was entrusted to craft a user-centered, scalable, and visually refined solution to support Relm’s growing portfolio of commercial and residential financing.
Our Approach
We began with thorough research into the niche Irish finance market, gathering user personas and key business drivers. Our UX/UI team translated this insight into wireframes and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring every interface supported Relm’s core value: relationship-based lending. The design process focused on accessibility, brand trust, and logical user journeys — especially around loan types, criteria, and processes.
Design Execution
Using Adobe Illustrator and Figma, we built a structured visual system with soft tones, authoritative typography, and clean space that aligns with Relm’s voice. Custom iconography and consistent CTAs were designed to support both first-time visitors and returning business clients, with responsive layouts for desktop and mobile use.
Development Process
Flow2Web’s full-stack team developed the platform using .NET for backend infrastructure and Angular for the dynamic frontend interface. We integrated modular components for fast page rendering and optimal user interactions. Styling was handled with SCSS and responsiveness managed with our in-house grid system. Our use of JIRA for agile sprints and Git for version control ensured code integrity and delivery discipline.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Every release was thoroughly tested by our dedicated QA team across major browsers, mobile devices, and screen resolutions. From API validations to user flow simulation, our QA approach ensured that the platform performed seamlessly with no broken flows or accessibility issues. Bug reports and fixes were tracked and verified in JIRA before final deployment.
Key Challenges
One major challenge was organizing large amounts of financial data into digestible sections without overwhelming users. We solved this by building a modular information layout with expandable panels and visual highlights for key figures (like Loan-To-Value ratios and terms). Another challenge was achieving high performance while integrating financial compliance and security standards, which we overcame with clean code practices and API optimizations.
Final Result
The final platform successfully delivers Relm’s value proposition: fast, flexible finance with clarity. Whether visitors are seasoned investors or first-time borrowers, they can explore services, check criteria, and connect with lending advisors — all with a few intuitive clicks. The brand now communicates innovation and experience in equal measure.
